The banner at the top of this blog says, “Home of Awe-Inspiring Wow-Fields.†You may be wondering what the word “Wow-Fields” refers to.
Wow-Fields is a word I coined to label places, situations, conditions, etc. that make you say Wow! in a highly positive way.
The use of the word-component field is meant to convey the relatively simplistic image that most laypeople have of magnetic fields. Just as magnetic fields influence things around them, so too do Wow-Fields.
Bear in mind that to be designated a Wow-Field, the thing in question has to make you say Wow! with two-thumbs up. Indeed, you’d give it 4 thumbs up if you had 4 thumbs!
Thus, a volcano in your backyard might make you say wow, but it’ll also likely worry you rather than make you dance for joy. Thus it’s not going to be a Wow-Field for most people. It could be a Wow-Field for a vulcanologist, however. You get the meaning, yes?
while a Wow-Field can exist for just one or a few people, more often I’m aiming to show Wow-Fields that create the Wow-Fields effect for most of us.
This blog is all about Wow-Fields, with some emphasis on marketing, persuasion and sales. But as you’ll see, I’ll be showing you Wow-Fields that have nothing to do with these subjects and will simply blow your mind!
